The staff was exceptionally nice and exceptional. Had twin room with queen size or king size beds and wake-up service was available in it. Welcoming service offered in this hotel.

Unique hotel located in a central area so close to the historic center, the Zocalo, markets, churches, bars and restaurants and the major attractions and the most amazingly helpful staff. Superbly friendly staff, unique, nicely decorated rooms with balcony. Particularly good location, within walking distance of Palafoxiana Library. Good choice of food options not too far away from the venue.

This place's location is convenient, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they offer a diverse breakfast selection; plus, it's only 30 km from the airport.

We spent 2 lovely days in Puebla, and our time here was great. - We booked a double room with a very big terrace, including a bathtub. - the room also had coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. - the location was marvelous, with a vibrant public square nearby.

The location of Hotel Boutique Posada XVII is superb, just a couple of blocks away from a private museum and next to major attractions like the Zocalo, markets, churches, bars. the rooms at this small hotel are perfectly clean.

It made our trip to Puebla a wonderful experience. Stayed here for 6 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. - the breakfast was tasty and the food was excellent. - the rooms were bright and included a refrigerator, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. - Fantastic service, as the staff were really kind and nice. - the location was marvelous and fantastic, close walk to the center. - the interior design was nice.
